Designation of DILG Focal Person as partner in the implementation of Republic Act 9184 and its 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations
The Department of the Interior and Local Government issued an Advisory, dated 11 July 2019 on the Designation of DILG Provincial and City Focal Persons on Government Procurement who shall serve as partners of the Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) in the implementation of training programs on Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Said Advisory likewise reminded local government units that the conduct of training programs on government procurement should be organized by or through the GPPB-TSO pursuant to Section 16 of the 2016 Revised IRR of R.A. No. 9184.
