This alternative platform is temporary and in effect only during the Online Blacklisting Portal downtime. For the submission of a Blacklisting Order (BO), Procuring Entity shall submit the BO via email at monitoring@gppb.gov.ph. To view the Consolidated Blacklisting Report, you may visit the GPPB website at https://www.gppb.gov.ph/consolidated-blacklisting-report/.
